Oregon Reservations Contract & Terms For Lodging
Companies Only
The term "Lodging Company" refers to (Hotel, Motel, Condo, Vacation
Rental, B&B, Inn or any other form of lodging.
By signing and using Oregon Reservations Online System, you assent to the
following terms of use:
FEES
1. For any reservations that are made as a result of using our online
reservation system, the lodging company agrees to pay a 10% fee for each
reservation. If the reservation is cancel in any way, the lodging company
will not pay that particular reservation. Oregon Reservations will not
collect a fee on any reservations made by phone or walk-in to the lodging
company by a guest.
2. If signing the optional 12 month contract plan, your lodging company
agrees to use our services for a total of 12 months. In return Oregon
Reservations will discount the set-up fees of $379.00 to a total of
$79.00. If contract is broken within the 12 month period the lodging
company agrees to pay the $300.00 difference that was discounted from the
original set-up fee.
3. Standard Contract is $379.00 setup fee and month to month.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. There is a 30 day notice required by the lodging company by phone if
canceling our service. The service will continue throughout the 30 day
period and lodging company will agree to the terms of contract throughout
that time. Since our billing is based on when a guest "stays" in a room
and not "when" they reserve it, any existing future commissions on a reservation
will be honored and paid by the lodging company. A bill will be sent in the
month of the guest's "stay".
LIABILITY
1. It is the responsibility of each lodging company to evaluate the
accuracy, pricing, completeness, or usefulness of any information or
content available on or through the Oregon Reservations web site. Oregon
Reservations will not responsible for any errors that the lodging company
may make while updating their own account through the Remote Update
feature.
2. It is the responsibility of the lodging company to retrieve their own
credit card information from guests making a reservation.
3.
Oregon Reservations is not responsible for the content
available on any other internet site linked in the Oregon Reservations system, site and
directory. Oregon Reservations is not responsible for the actions or polices of
the
lodging company (internet linked site) and the guests who are booking a room.
PRIVACY
1. Your privacy is very important us. Any
reservation, guest data and content passed through Oregon Reservations is
secure and private. All information will be kept in strict confidence.
VIOLATIONS OF RULES AND REGULATIONS
Oregon Reservations reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for
violations of the rules and regulations set forth in this contract, including the right to
block access from our system and our web site.
